I have tried to follow the instructions given in 'support' which tell me I can delete an old device using the trash symbol - not there - and then click on add device - also not there. I've looked in every section I can once logged in but all I can see is the old sat nav and no way of adding the new one. When I connect it via the USB the computrer doesn't respond but it does come on and start charging. Does anyone know if TomTom are actually a contactable (via phone!) company?!

What is the new device and are you running My Drive Connect software?
