No valid GPS signal for 3 days

Hello, I have not any valid gps signal for 3 days and when I tried to update, find satellite or do any similar activities on my device, it was just waiting and waiting. It was a present in 2012 and until now I have not updated or made any changes, as it worked well, therefore I do not understand this sudden collapse. Thank you for any help.

The internal software of your device, the NavCore, must be updated to work after the WNRO.

The first 2 letters of the serial number ==> FW = GO LIVE 825, 4GB + SDHC, MDC NAV3
For this you need to use the MyDrive Connect (MDC) software on your computer:

Update the NavCore alone. If you have other updates, you will do after and one at a time, not all at the same time.
