Not Working

WHen I connect my device to my MAC (OS10.13.6), I'm just getting a blank MyDriveConnect Screen so I cannot download the maps that I have purchased for a trip which is happening very soon.
Can anybody help??? I really need to get these maps onto the device (Start62) asap
Ive tried downloading the MyDriveConnect again and again...currently have Version 4.2.5.3779 and if I'm looking for the setting "graphics" tab...it doesn't show up for me...help!
