Assuming that you have looked at Add a Map in Maps it would appear that your account needs sorting. Have a look here on Monday when either @VikramK or @lampard have seen this and can make some adjustments to the account so you can see the full range fo maps.
Welcome to the Community! I can see that your device already has the World maps assigned on it and map updates waiting for you to download. Please see the video here to know more about updating your device:
There are multiple updates available for your device to download, please download them 1 at a time, not all together.Best order to update 1 by 1: (if offered)
that you are not being offered any maps from around the world to download.
Your unit has 16gb of internal memory and the ability to add extra memory in the form of a Micro SD Class 10 memory card either 16gb or maximum 32gb. The unit if bought in the EU will have the European Map pre installed but you then have too download any other maps you would like on it using the Add a Map option. You will need the extra memory if you want to load the USA, Canada and Mexico map as that combined with the European Map is too big to fit on the internal memory.
It is recommended that you have at least 2 maps on the unit at any one time. This is because if you are doing a European Map update for example and there is a problem the map can be lost. If that was the only map on the GO520 you would not be able to start it again and have to go through the NO Map procedure. If you have a second map on the unit then the loss of one means the other enables you to easily restart the unit and reload the missing map.

Are you saying that if you
Tap Menu
Tap Settings
Tap Maps
Tap Add a Map
that you are not being offered any maps from around the world to download.
