My device is stuck on reset GO 6000

Hi, when updating my maps an error message told me I didn't have enough memory left, so I added a memory card to my device. However MyDrive Connect did not recognize it, so I looked up what could be wrong and was directed to reset the device. However I did this before I read that the battery should have been charged for at least 2 hours before resetting, and now the device is stuck on the reset screen and nothing happens. It shows the hardware name, the total memory, device id, etc.
What can I do to fix this? The device is connected to my laptop via USB and is charging, slowly.
Would appreciate any help. Thanks

    Hi @carlapittau

You are stuck on the "BIOS" screen, black screen with white text?

    If that's it try this:
You plug your GO6000 on the main charger (2A) of a smartphone/Iphone/Tablet, charge it at least 2 hours.

To exit the "BIOS" screen, press and hold the On/Off button until you hear the drum sound. Release the button, the device should restart.
    Regards.
