I just bought a map update

After bought, I found the update is Canada and Alaska, but my existing map is Canada and US. Will this be a problem? I tried to download the update to my device, but could not. I spent the full day doing this.

    Welcome to the Community! The device already has the 'USA, Canada & Mexico' map update service on it and the your purchase of 'Canada & Alaska - Single Map Download' is unnecessary. Please get in touch with our support to raise a refund for the latest purchase of Canada map, you can click on 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of this page to Phone/Email them.

    Also to install the latest map of US & Canada, please follow the public FAQ here.(Under MY MAPS, click Update on the map you want to update)
