Complaint

I downloaded the in Dash app. It doesn't work. When I try to download a map, it stops/pauses at 1 %. I reinstalled the app. Cleaned my data (samsung S8). But nthing helps. Can anyone help me. Because I get no decent response from TomTom.

    Sorry about the inconvenience! This is already been reported to the Product team and they're working on a fix. We'll post back here once there's an update.

    I can see that you raised a refund request for the latest purchase which is approved and you'll receive an email about this soon from support.
