TomTom Traffic Lifetime via smartphone expired

Hi everyone. I have a TomTom GO 500 with LIFETIME TRAFIC via smartphone. It is about 10 days that the navigator tells me that the TRAFFIC service has expired and to renew I must make payment. It's possible? Can you help me? How do I reactivate the LIFETIME TRAFFIC. Thank you all.

    Hi @Alfred_3015

    Contact Customer Support and if you are correct re lifetime then they can sort your account out.

    Do not answer questions but wait for an agent to answer.

    I made some changes in the backend, could you soft reset the device and check again.

    Try planning a route and test.
