Is HR tracking turned on under Tracker>Heart? Is the HR Sensor turned on under Sensors>Heart? Are you sure it is a Cardio model (does it say Cardio at the top when you go to Settings>About) and are their LEDs on the back of the watch?
HR tracking options doesn’t have Heart as an option? There is a heart option under sensors however?
I can’t see Cardio in the about section nor is there LEDs, does that mean I need to wear an external heart rate monitor?

Thanks for your reply!
Yes, you do not have a Cardio version of the watch so the only way you will get HR data is to wear a strap or other external monitor and turn it on under Sensors>Heart>External. You will never get any HR tracking or resting HR as that requires the Cardio model built-in HR model.
