Unable to access LIVE services — TomTom Community

Unable to access LIVE services

I have a Tom Tom Go Live 820 and renewed my subscription for LIVE services
a couple of months ago.

However, I am currently unable to access LIVE services, despite having
installed all the updates, restored it to factory settings, etc. I simply
can't get it to work.

Any ideas? Thank you.
