I have downloaded MyDriveConnect to my pc and connected my device (GO 50) to the pc. When activating MyDriveConnect nothing happens.... but I get the message "No internet connection" even though the internet is fully functional.
This has taken place the last couple of days.
Can you help me?

Hi @BSI
I'm not sure I can help you, but maybe a driver activation problem for your device or your firewall blocks the connection.
You can try this:
1/ often a clean installation solves the some problems.
With your device Not connected to the PC:
- Uninstall MyDrive Connect (MDC), accept the removal of downloads in the popup window.
- "Restart" your PC (Not Shut Down or Sleep)
- Download and install the last version MDC, take it here, at the bottom, the green button "Download for ...":
https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/mydrive-connect/
- "Log in" with your email and password.
- Connect your device.
2/ Check if the TomTom driver is activated.
Our TomTom devices are identified as Network Adapters (removable), not USB storage devices.
With your device Connected to the PC:
==> in your PC /Control Panel/DeviceManager/Network Adapters/ you must have a "Remote NDIS compatible device" (or "TomTom") with W10/ Right click on it, check if it's activated:
- If you see the choice "Enable", click on it to activate your driver device.
- If you see the choice "Disable" it's OK, you have nothing to do.
3/ Some firewall (VPN to) can block the connexion with MDC. Do an exception for MDC, this file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MyDrive Connect\TomTom MyDrive Connect.exe
If you use the Windows firewall, look at this link "how to do", add MDC for "private" and "public" network.

Oherwise contact TomTom support.
Sorry, there is no phone number for Danmark.
