Speed of order with TomTom

Ordered TomTom Go Essential 6 inch on the 21 June - TomTom took money on the 21 June (credit card) - I’m still awaiting despatch of order (3 July). Is this normal for TomTom orders.

    I’ve spoken to them twice - first time they informed me of an issue with their courier - second time was to ask about eligibility for the current instax midi 9 promotion.

    Spoke to customer Services (04/07/[email protected]:20) - backlog on order dispatch due to couriers - shipping should resume shortly - not sure when my order will be processed.

    Unsure about eligibility for promotion as date (14 days) begins from time of order and requires product serial number.

    TomTom accept this is a local issue so may accept late applications.
