MyDrive Connect won't download updates

The program for my Mac says downloading updates, but never does. It says the servers are busy. Haven't been able to update in weeks.
At the moment there are similar problems with the Windows version of MyDrive Connect (MDC), "

For connection loss of MDC, often a clean installation solves the problem.
With your device
connected to the PC
1 / Uninstall MDC, accept the removal of downloads in the popup window.
2 / "Restart" your PC (Not Shut Down or Sleep)
3 / Download and install the last version MDC, take it here, at the bottom, the green button "Download for ...":
4 / "Log in" with your email and password.
