How can I change my Country on Account Details?

I need to repair my Strap, but I bought my watch in Brazil and now I live in the UK.
When I go to Account Details and choose to change my Country, only appear the Options Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Canada, and the United States.
How can I change to the UK?
