Do I have the latest map installed?

I need help finding out if I just loaded a new map for miy Tomtom. Thank you very much.

    Welcome to the Community! Your device has the USA, Canada & Mexico map update service embedded on it. I see that you purchased USA - Single Map Download yesterday which is not necessary, please get in touch with our support to get this refunded.

    Now, is your device showing 'No maps found'? I can see that the latest map of US (version 10.30) is already installed on the SD card. Please confirm if you can access the map or if there's any error so that we can advise you accordingly.

    Now that I have map already installed, how do I ask for refund for the one I purchased yesterday by mistake. BTW, your service is outstanding.. Charles Krohn
