How do I update my profile when my email address and passwords are lost ?
This is Crazy. MY old email is closed, defunct, lost , useless, past to another life - along with any recall of passwords . Where can I reach TOM TOM to allow me to get my updates. Nowhere can I see access to allow change of email address and password. - I am the same owner as ever, at the same physical address in UK , at the same telephone numbers, - but Tom Tom hides behind automation and circular web pages and all their email is automated as in " No point replying to this email". . Zero customer service at a very basic level . Grrrrrrrr
