MyDrive Connect cannot see my Via 125 — TomTom Community

MyDrive Connect cannot see my Via 125

I have downloaded the latest version of MyDrive Connect on to 2 separate laptops. I have plugged my TomTom Via 125 directly into various USB sockets on both laptops (not using a hub). MyDrive Connect cannot see my TomTom Via 125. It says that it is not connected.

Can you assist please.

    Hi again Vikram.
    I followed all the steps in the video, thanks - but no luck.
    I uninstalled drivers and reinstalled - still no good.

    Here's the driver error message...
    This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

    MyDrive Connect still thinks that my device is not connected.

    Do you have any more suggestions, please?
