I am very frustrated right now. I have a tom-tom go 620 that I bought while still living in the US.. I updated it to add the southeast Asia map on my GPS before I left the US.. I am NOW in the Philippines. And when I turn it on. It says I only have a map of the US on it. Yet when I try to plug in any addresses in the US it only shows me Puerto Rico. And as I said. I HAD downloaded the map of the Philippines before I left. All I can think of is to maybe do a hard reset and see what happens.. how do I do this please??

    (1)... If you have already installed the Map/s
    Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> Maps... Choose another Map

    (2)... Have you tried a Soft/Drum roll restart on the device ???? This restarts the devices Operating System afresh
    This will also force the device to get a Satellite lock

    Charge the device for at least 2Hrs "OR" have the device plugged into a power supply
    Press and hold the on/off button until you hear a drum-roll sound then release the on/off button.
    You won’t lose anything; it’s just like rebooting your PC
    I use a Soft/drum-roll start after any upgrade large or small.
    It’s also useful to keep in mind for sorting out most minor niggles......

    If possible, for the for the first Satellite fix, go outside with a clear view of the Sky

    (3)... Set your 'Home' Location

    A Hard reset if still Required...
    Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> System --> System... Reset device
    Log into the MyDrive Web Route planner
    To sync/backup any MyPlaces POI's Routes or Tracks
