As far as I'm aware it's not possible... You have to set up a new Account
When you first set-up your account (NAV5 Wi-Fi Devices) it shows the Countries Flag for the A/C location and warns "Used for invoices and promotions. Cannot be changed later"
I assume the above also applies to the earlier NAV4 Devices

Thanks, question answered but seems like a restrictive rule as people move form country to country and would need to change there domicile
