Go 730 will not connect to TomTom Home

Hi,

After following a TomTom guide to put my device back to factory settings, it will not connect to TomTom Home at all now.

When TTHome is open, it says "No Device Connected'. But two different drives appear on my computer - TOMTOMINT and TOMTOMEXT.

What can I do? I have already followed guides to reset the device, re-install TTHome, I dont know what else to do?

Please help!

    You might try this:

    1. Get the FREEWARE version of Revo Uninstaller from here: https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/

    2. Completely uninstall Home.
    3. Get a fresh copy of Home from tomtom.com/getstarted and install.
    4. THEN connect the 730 to the computer and see if the device is recognized.

    Unfortunately that didn't work. Any other ideas please?
