Error message when trying to update Navcore on Blue&Me TomTom Live2
Hi there. My Blue&Me TomTom Live2 device lost the GPS signal following the Number Rollover Week. I tried to update the Navcore via MyDrive Connect multiple times as recommended, but always get the error message on my TomTom 'Something went wrong'. The update downloads onto the computer, but then wouldn't install onto the device. I would be most grateful for any suggestions please.
