White screen when launching app

Ever since the app redesign, I've been unable to open the app.

I simply get a white screen when trying to open it.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app numerous times

I tried contacting Tomtom Live Chat but they weren't that helpful and couldn't provide any troubleshooting steps or advice.

They asked me for a purchase receipt and said without one they couldn't provide me any support. This is a bit strange since the app is free.

My Android device is an ATOTO A6 Pro.

    From what I understand ATOTO A6 Pro is an in-dash system. The TomTom Amigo app has been designed for smart phones.
