No Maps found after update Go520 — TomTom Community

No Maps found after update Go520

After loads of problems I plugged in my Go520 to update as it told me to...
Now it starts with "NO MAPS FOUND" and directs me to the tomtom web page which is less than useless.
How do I get my maps back.. it told me I needed Ver 19.101 due to the Week Number Roll-over ??
Now I'm on holiday with a useless GPS.. Help please

    Took three download attempts, my "Tomtom unit timed out"
    All working great THANK YOU... I think my wife was going to kill me if I spent any more time on this...

    Did you try the No Maps found procedure I suggested on another Post.

    Yes I have followed a few procedures but some ask you to do things I cannot as I can't get into the unit... just a blue screen with the contact Tomtom message.. it no longer says No Maps that was the first time, I connected up to Tomtom Home and I only get the blue screen message now...
