My watch is not updating anything with the TomTom Sports app anymore?

Hello!

My watch won't sync anything with the app since a couple of weeks back.
When I start the app it immediately goes to syncing Quickgps (which was the last thing in the sync procedure it used to do before when everything worked) and than the status bar goes to 100% showing "cleaning up" and gets stuck there.

Anyone who has a solutions to this?

    Okay thank you for the information. Anyway I got it to start working again by going in to the app settings and make a force stop. Then it synced everything since the latest sync which was like a week back.

    my watch have the same problem. did you solve this issue?

    Well. I have a workaround that I go to the app settings on my phone and make a forced stop of the app. Then it starts to sync in the correct way.
