Recent update has disabled most of the functionality of my device

i recently installed the latest software update in my GO 620 and now have the following faults
my address list has disappeared
the zoom button doesn't work
the screen has gone dim apart from the central spot
placenames no longer appear
the gps speed doesn't display

whats the problem and how do i fix it?

Please try a reboot/restart (not a factory reset) of your GO 620 as this may reconfigure and rectify your device.

After updating my tomtom doesn’t work at all - no matter what adress, I try to find, tomtom says there is no rute available
I have tried to reinstall the app but it dos’nt work any way - see photos



What can I do?
