Click & Go Mount set for Dashboard use....
Click & Go Mount... Twist the ball joint through 180 degrees to use as windscreen mount
If you mean project the the Tomtom screen onto the Windscreen like a Heads-up Display ??? Then sorry NO that feature is not available
