Traffic on GO 5200

My Go5200 stopped getting Traffic updates since 7/6/19 last application update 19/4/19

    Try a Soft Reset ie With the unit on and working hold the ON/OFF button down until you hear the drumroll sound when you let the button go. The unit will restart.

    If that does not work then try a Factory Reset.

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
    Tap Reset Device.

    You will lose all your data and settings on the unit ie My Places and any POI and Route files you have loaded onto it via My Drive, Wifi and account details. If you go to the MyDrive webpage and log in you should see the data there backed up on the Tomtom servers. When you have reset the device and set it up again with your account details and Wifi details then it should sync all your data back onto the GO5200 from your account. It will sync this data out of Wifi range or being attached to your PC via the inbuilt Mobile sim but will take longer so you can do a reset anywhere and have your unit resync itself.
