I have a VIA 125 that I purchased from Costco with lifetime updates.

I am no longer able to get updates for this device even though I have lifetime updates. In my mind, lifetime means that if the device is functioning normally an I still use it, it should be able to get updates. Why am I not able to get updates for this device?

    Hi @TerryLaCosse

    Contact customer support and ask them why you are not getting updates . Tomtom have stated that they are still honouring the Lifetime updates.
