Lost all voices after update

After most recent update for my tomtom via1530/1535 I lost all pre-installed voices. The MyDrive Connect indicated it would save all files in my account, but they are nowhere to be found. I can't get any from the website to load on my gps. Any help would be appreciated.

    I have added the US computer voice, Samantha.

    When you connect the device to MyDrive Connect it should be offered for download.

    Still struggling with NO Voices as this service is vital for me. Tried all suggestions to date. All looks fine when set at start of journey but immediately it is clear instruction is gone and all other voices I have attempted to use.

    Have you tried a Factory Reset.

    Settings/System/ Reset Device
