After most recent update for my tomtom via1530/1535 I lost all pre-installed voices. The MyDrive Connect indicated it would save all files in my account, but they are nowhere to be found. I can't get any from the website to load on my gps. Any help would be appreciated.

When you connect the device to MyDrive Connect it should be offered for download.

Have you tried a Factory Reset.
Settings/System/ Reset Device
