Do you mean add voices to your Premium that you have used previously on other devices.
Or do you mean create your own voice version as you could on the very old units. If this then the answer is no.

I would like to use a voice I had on my previous TomTom plus startup & shutdown images, also would like to use different sounds for speed cameras etc as I did on my old Device, but at present none of this seems possible on premium X ?0

If you advise here what previous voices you have then the Mods can advise if they are useable on the Premium versions and when you get it add them to your account so you can download them to the unit.
You cannot change the Startup and Shut down images and you cannot change the sounds applicable to Speed cameras although you can have the unit announce verbally the speed cameras and what type of camera they are, ie Fixed, Mobile, Average, Red Light, etc

For general improvement using the Tomtom Speed Cam Database over the default settings
Always use a Computer voice...
Serena or Malcolm in the UK
Also....
From the main screen... Tap (.... Menu) -> Setting -> Sounds & Warnings...
Set... 'Warning Type' to... Read Allowed... (Important... Needs a Computer Voice set in the Voices menu)
Speed Cameras & Hazards... Set to ON
The next 10 Setting ALL set to Always
The next 4 Settings ALL set to ON
The device will now say....
'Fixed Camera'
'Mobile Hot Spot'
'Red-light Camera'
'Accident Black-spots
‘Spoken Traffic delays’
Speed Cams
If you keep a check on the Traffic-bar... The device gives you a visual Warning of the next Fixed or Mobile Speed Camera many miles before you reach the camera
Even more info if in the 'Setting menus' you setup a Wide Traffic/Route Bar

We don't have the voice you are looking for.(Sally)
As YamFazMan advised, adding customized voices and alert sounds is not supported on the new range of devices.
If you wish you use a computer voice then I can get it added for you.
