Premium x speed cameras expired

My brand new premium x says speed cameras expired in 2012 tried several factory resets but remains the same any help would be appreciated as I am considering returning it to TomTom for refund

Your Account probably didn't activate properly
Maybe something to do with the GO 5000 in your profile ???

The NAV5 (Wi-Fi) devices have no access to MyDrive Menus
All the actions are on the device
On the Premium X check..
Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> System About...
Scroll Down for your devices info
