Paid subscription not recognised

I subscribed for another year of TomTom use back in March, using the previous version of the Go Mobile app. Now, when I open the new app, I see my subscription is set to expire on 4th July 2019. I am logged in using the same TomTom account. What's going on?

    Hi longwayround,

    After you update to the new GO Navigation App, you get the 1 month bonus subscription. Once the 1-month bonus is over (After 4th July in your case), you can 'Restore Purchases' in the app and log in with the same TomTom account and your subscription will be recognized. Hope this helps!

    I am stuck with the previous app. No bonus. Only 75 km as max. Not possible to upgrade

    The new TomTom GO Navigation is only released to a small number of users. The rest will follow soon, stay tuned!
