How do you change your order details? The online order form is very strange and not user friendly. First I kept getting an error message, and it would not accept my credit card details and kept using the details from an old card. I tried about 6 or 7 times. The same with my address. Then all of a sudden I just got a message saying the order was successful and to look for a confirmation in my email account instead of the normal screen where it lists everything and asks you to check and confirm. When I checked my email account I found the order has the wrong address. I spent hours trying to change it but every time I check my orders screen, it's not changed.
