No turn by turn audio support in Italy

in Devices using MyDrive Connect
The GO 620 supplies turn by turn navigation in the US, but in Italy we only get a drive time estimate and then silence. We tried various voices (computer and recorded), plus Italian and still nothing.

    Not sure this helps, my memory is that we tried the standard English computer voice as well as Italian voices. Looking at the Tomtom now, I note that none of the Italian voices appear to be computer generated. I'll try again the next time we head to Europe.
