Live Traffic services connectivity error- 107

Can anyone tell me why Live Traffic is not being installed on my device when I update and error message Code: 107 is displayed. Have emailed Customer Support, without success. It would appear that only Traffic Cameras are installed when you purchase Europa 1.5 years which is not cheap!!!

    Hi @OurJake

    Have you got a current Live Services subscription.

    Some of the Model 1005 are end of life and so you cannot buy nay further services.
