My device is GO 620 WiFi. The Live Traffic has never worked. Do I have to access Tom Tom services

via a smartphone? I have an account, and the Live traffic and speed camera services are activated.

    Hi @Goldfinch

    Yes you should have Lifetime Traffic services.

    When you go into Settings and select Bluetooth and select the Phone paired with it is Data for Traffic and Other services selected ie Blue

    You have to have your Phone on and Bluetooth activated when using the G)620 and I am not sure but do you have to have TomTom MyDrive App running in the background on your phone as well.
