GO LIVE 1535 - i cant get it to connect to the servers to update. no luck with DHCP Lease reset...

any ideas?

    Same issue here with 1005 Go - Live.

    Won't connect since a TomTom MyDrive site update. There is an advised way to remedy it that doesn't work and trying to contact TomTom support via email I get the message 'Not possibel (or available?) at this time'!!!!

    Extremely frustrating!

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. Then see if device connects to MyDriveConnect properly. If not, support perhaps:

    Tried that but no luck.
    Well considering i got lifetime maps and the devise still works, its pretty annoying. Wont be buying that again tomtom if it doesnt start.
