Spark battery drains quickly

i am fed up with my tomtom cardio spark. battery indicates full charge, however quickly after completing 1 km of running, it goes off.. i tried all the trouble shooting..stopped phone to watch syncing,did complete reset of the watch but no success . i find lot of similar complaints online, pl.suggest a solution..

If you search the forums you will find this is a known issue for many users with the recent updates. Try letting the battery fully drain and then do a factory reset and if that does not work go to this post and ask the moderator to roll back your firmware version to 1.3.255 which may fix it.

Otherwise, it is probably a depleted battery so there is nothing to do but buy a new watch (not a TomTom as they went out of business over 18 months ago).

HI... on opening above link it says 'page could not found' ??? can you pl.let me know ow to change or update firmware which you have mentioned above. I, wonder there is absolutely no support from Tomtom even to respond to queries. All its left to the community, strange ... Pl.let me know how to change the firmware.0
