How do I see which version of software is installed on my Start 62?

Tap (Settings)
Left Cursor once for next page
Tap (Me and my device)
Tap (About my device)
Info page opens...

To Exit
Tap Done
Follow on screen instructions to exit

What you describe is not my Menu settings. If I tap the screen of the unit I get the menu and there is a 'Settings' section within that - but no 'System' or 'About' sections within 'Settings'

Thanks YamFazMAn that got me to it. Funny I looked through the pages under 'Settings' at least 4 times and although I saw that section (Me and My Device) it didn't click that this was what I wanted. Thanks again

@DougLap - I bought the unit as a Start 60 - but whenever I open MyDrive Connect it refers to it either as a Start 62 or a Via 1605 - weird

Hi @loosbroos

Sometimes the MyDrive Connect software displays a different model name as the same unit is sold with different model names in different parts of the world. That was why I asked for the first 2 characters of the serial numbe to make sure we could help sort you out. I deleted my post because Yamfazman was writing his reply at the same time an spo mine was not needed.

The Start 62 is confusing...
All the Start 62 appear to be NAV4 Devices....
