As a user of the GO 910 I got an offer from TomTom since the GO 910 won't be updated no more.
The offer is 30% off on the GO Premium X.
My current device is a GO 6100, and I am wondering if it will be worth the money to go from 6100 to Premium X. ADvice from anyone on this?
The Premium X is basically a GO 6200 with a prettier package and a few additional software features having to do mainly with automations (IFTTT). The hardware guts are the same as the 6200.
But the 6200 is an improvement over your 6100, having a faster processor and more memory.
So, in my opinion:
- If the new features of the Premium are important to you, then you have your answer.
- If the new features of the Premium, are NOT important but you still want an upgrade, see if you can snag a 6200 for less money.
- If you are satisfied with your current 6100 then there is no need to do anything.
