Problem by connecting MyDrive Connect to my portable computer

Hello,
I'm struggling by connecting My Drive connect to a portable computer, which announces that there's no connection to the device, while the device announces that they're connected, so, I can't actualize the device in this portable computer. I tried in a PC, and it worked.
I followed the instructions, uploaded the application 2-3 times already, and could not solve the problem with the portable computer.
