My Go 6200 will not start

I have tried recovery with the3 quick presses but this does not work, i am helpless supposed maps for ;ife and it wont switch on. am now using my old device which still works fortunately. any idea how to start it

    You did not include the age of your device. How old is it? Maybe it is still under warranty. Contact your vendor or TomTom Support (UK): 02079 490 134.
