Good evening, I must urgently buy a map of Europe. I purchased the Tomtom Via 1505M I'm trying to buy the map and I'm not getting it, how to proceed to be able to buy

Try placing an order on the Ireland webshop:
https://www.tomtom.com/en_ie/drive/maps-services/shop/travel-map/europe/
You don't have to enter your physical address when you order it. As its a downloadable service, the map will be offered for download in MyDrive Connect once the order has been completed.
