I got a Start 60 car navigator the screen don't turn when i turn the navigator

When the screen don't turn i got it up side down in my car and the it is not so useful when i drive, what's wrong with the navigator, i have made i factory restart but it is still locks i one position

    Welcome to the community!

    Could you do a soft reset on the device.

    Soft reset: Charge the device for more than 2 hrs. Press and hold the on/off button till you hear the drum sounds.
