Just purchased a Go Premium x with lifetime maps, traffic, speed cameras.
When I look in Settings/About I see a message saying : your subscription expires on 9/06/19 . I am given option to renew. This brings me to prompts to “purchase”.

Any ideas why this is happening.
I am using an old account which I removed the old device from. The only device showing is my new Premium X
