Why can't I put password in?

I have been trying for at least 3 weeks now to update Satnav, but it wont let me put password in?

    In where? Your Start 42 or the MyDrive Connect software.

    I couldn't sign in on my computer. When I opened up tom tom account to sign in, my email address was there, but I just couldn't enter password, but all seems to be ok now. I tried again later and I was able to type the password in. Thanks for asking.
