I have just found out that BT have deleted the email account registered to my Start50 sat Nav. Probably because the email account is hardly used.
How do I go about associating the device to another email address.
To change the Email address in your Start 50 you will have to do a Factory Reset and set the unit up again as you did from out of the box inputing the new account.
If you have loaded Poi and Route files to your current account these will be lost as your Start 50 will lose all that data when you reset it and it will not be in the new account you set up.
I am not sure if this will work. Try contacting Customer support and ask them if they can change the Account to the new email so that you retain the favourites and any poi and route files you have there. If you can then the new unit will sync that data to your Start 50.
