My GO 60S will not connect to traffic.

For the last couple of weeks I have not been able to get traffic. Is ther a solution?

    Hi @Loy_52

    Try a Soft Reset , ie Turn the unit on and when working hold the on/OFF button down until you hear the drumroll sound.

    If that does not resolve try a factory Reset.

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
    Tap Reset Device.

    This will delete all your data but it should be stored rorm your account which you can view by logging into your account on the MyDrive webpage.
