TomTom Runner 3 Heart Rate Issues

I have the TomTom Runner 3 (serial number beginning with HQ), and I have never been able to record or see my heart rate since purchasing it a couple years ago. On the watch, I've gone to "sensors" > "heart" > "on" and clicked through. The heart rate is not found under "Progress" on the website or app. It reads "--" above heart rate. Please help.

    Your Runner 3 may have heart rate sensor issue.
    There are 2 ways of fixing it.
    First one, the easiest: Soft reset and Factory Reset
    Second one, the hardest: Contact Customer Support

    If it is a couple of years old, then Support is not going to do anything as you are out of warranty and they do not repair them. If a reset does not work, throw out the watch and get a new one from another company (TT Sports went out of business 18 months ago).

    That is actually sad that TomTom sports went out. I didn't know that.
