Recently my TomTom Multisport will not charge. After several exchanges with TomTom support they recommended a find I suitable replacement battery and fix it myself and were not prepared to help any further. The watch has served me well and was working perfectly until I didn’t touch it for three weeks and it lost charge. To cut a long story short, I purchased a replacement OEM battery, fitted to the watch and I still have the same issue. Both the old and new batteries show the correct output after testing with a multimeter. Which leads me to think the recent software update is causing the issue. I’ve seen several links to software roll back threads, which seem to have been subsequently removed. Any ideas on how I can get the software rolled back to an earlier version.
